Maxillary Cant Series Part 3: Monday, April 13th at 8 PM ET

In this case, the cant was exaggerated not only by tooth position, but also by uneven gingival heights and tissue architecture. Through Invisalign, strategic crown lengthening, and careful digital planning, we were able to create a smile that reflects natural balance, symmetry, and beauty. Special guests Aaron Johnson and Michael Roberts will be joining us.

To access, join the Case Continuum or purchase this session individually for $97.00.

Monday, May 11th at 8 PM ET

This case highlights the power of an interdisciplinary approach in treating a severely narrow arch, beginning with MARPE expansion followed by Invisalign to develop proper form and alignment. Final treatment remained conservative, utilizing just four porcelain restorations and composite bonding on the canines to create a balanced, harmonious smile. Dr. Katie Bullwinkel will also be sharing her orthodontic perspective on this transformation.

Monday, June 15th at 8 PM ET

This patient presented with severe, generalized erosion and minimal remaining tooth structure. Treatment required full coverage, but we prioritized preservation using a “sandwich technique” with porcelain anteriorly and composite posteriorly. Join the discussion as we walk through this complex case.

What happens when your smile design doesn’t go as planned—and keeping it would require more aggressive tooth reduction? How do you adapt in real time without compromising your principles or disrupting the patient experience? Join the discussion as we navigate these clinical decisions with a conservative mindset.
